I've been a patient here for 3 years and have had multiple bad experiences with the dark haired receptionist/worker. She is unprofessional to the point of rude. I had continued to have my eyes examined here due to the excellence of Dr. Admire. I arrived today for my appointment with Dr. Admire only to be told that I was seeing a different doctor and that Dr. Admire no longer worked there. Although the women I spoke with today was very nice, the lack of communication about the unilateral change to my provider combined with Dr. Admire's departure leaves me no reason to still visit this establishment.

Dr. Kim and Jenny took such great care of me. My lasik has started to wear after 10 years, so I am back in the glasses game. I really appreciated how thorough they were with my exam, and the time they put into helping me select my new frames. Jenny definitely has an eye for what will look best on you. I love finding small local businesses that provide exceptional service.

Dr. Kim Admire is simply the best optometrist in San Diego. Very sharp, willing to explain the details of good vision health, and eye changes. Great customer experience each time you deal with Dr. Admire or her staff. The store layout is attractive with an extensive line of good-looking eyeglasses.

Jenny was so delightful when I stopped in to browse, that I booked an appointment.
Dr. Ambrose is the most knowledgeable optometrist I’ve ever seen. His examination was thorough and he was so pleasant. He solved my vision problem by suggesting a separate pair of glasses for computer/ office work.
Jenny helped me select the perfect frames.
I can’t wait to pick them up! I’m going to be able to see again!
I’m so glad I found this optometry shop.

Such a wonderful experience here today. Jennie at the front desk was delightful! So accommodating and friendly. She is a gem! And Dr. Ambrose was amazing. He has basically made a fan out of me by fixing me! He thought outside of the box to help me with contacts and was patient and kind. I highly recommend this store!

Dr. Admire and the gal that worked the front desk were so helpful and kind! I scheduled an appointment to get a basic exam so I could order a new set of glasses. However, when I showed up they informed me that I already had used my insurance in February of this year, so I would be out of pocket. They suggested that I call my previous optometrist to see if they had an updated prescription for me to use to order the glasses and avoid another exam. Dr. Admire could have not said anything and done the exam, but she didn't. She was so helpful and sweet. I will definitely be coming back when it's time for new contacts!!
